  • High-hang squat snatch – 5 reps @ 50%
  • False grip high pulls – 5 reps @ 60%
  • Power snatch (from the ground) – 5 reps @ 70%
  • Squat Snatch – 5 reps @ 80 – 90%
Deadlift – Ascending ladder
  • 7 reps @ 70%
  • 6 reps @ 75%
  • 5 reps @ 80%
  • 4 reps @ 85%
  • 3 reps @ 90%
