Pistols (12 Minutes)

Either work with coach on progression or 12 minute EMOM of 3-5 reps on each leg.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP with Partner

100 Cal Bike/Row (Switch at will)

Then,

A. 15 Sit ups

B. 2, 4, 6… Bench Press (155/105)

Each partner must do both A and B before moving on. Increase reps each round.
