25 Air squats or 25 Goblet squats (55/35)

25 Single arm devil press or 25 burpees

25 Chest ht kbs or 25 American kbs

500m Row or 400m run

25 Push ups or 25 Single arm renegade row

25 Goblet lunge or 25 Single arm OH lunge

25 Sit ups or 25 Sit up to overhead press w/db
Each movement you and your partner will flip a coin and call the results. Winner gets to choice what movement they do, loser does the other.
