40 Empty Bar Thrusters

30 Burpee over bar

20 Knee Raises

100m Farmers Carry (53/35)
Both partners’ left hands (or both right) will be banded together. Every movement must be completed as a team.

Preferably same-sex crews or at least teams that are willing to work at the same weight.
