*Jump over the bar after each burpee

*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep
After 20 minutes, go right into the heavy Snatch.

Snatch (In 8 Minutes build to heavy snatch)

Does not have to be 1 RM. Just heavy with good form.
