Take 5-7 minutes to warm up.
Do 3 Reps at 70% at the top of each minute. Can increase the weight each time or maintain same weight.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In 13 minutes:
Hang Clean and Jerk (135/95)
Row for Cals
Then, max hang squat clean in remaining time.
Score is number of Hang Squat Cleans.
