Rope Climb (15 minutes)
Work through rope climbing skill. If proficient, try weighted or legless climbing.
Every 3 minutes X 4
1 Minute rest in between rounds.
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)
20 Wallballs (20/14)
Max bike cals in the remaining time.
If you can’t do at least sets of 10 on the wallballs, cut down the number.
Score is total cals.
