Shoulder Press (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)

Use dumbbells and increase weight each time.

Strength

Bicep Curls (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)

DBs. Increase weight each set.

Strength

Calf Raises (3 X 25)

Stand on a 45 lb plate. Make it harder by holding weight.

Strength

Skull Crushers (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)

Increase weight each time.

Gymnastics

Sit-ups (3 X 2 minute AMRAP)

Max sit ups in 2 minutes. Take a 1 minute break in between.
