Do 6 Pistols every minute. Warm up by working on progression.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Death by Wallballs
Perform 1 WB in the first minute, rest for the remainder of the minute. Perform 2 WBs in the second minute, rest for the remainder of the minute. Continue in this fashion until you cannot perform the number of WBs in that minute.
Score = the round you successfully achieved that number of WBs + and WBs in the next round.
