Push Ups

Row

Double Unders

Wall Balls

DB Push Press (50/35)
Partners can work at the same time. But, everyone must be working on the same movement and move to the next together.

Teams must do at least 10 reps of each movement and cannot do more than 200 reps of any one movement.

Movements can be completed in any order.
