Join us for the 3rd and final week of the Open! Thursday night at 7 PM (note time change) we will showcase our front line workers performing the workout. Join us at the gym or streaming on IG and FB.
Friday night lights will begin at 5:45 PM, with athlete briefing at 6 PM. Heats begin at 6:15PM. We will have food for folks. Bring family, friends, drinks, and well behaved dogs! Join the fun!
