Tomorrow is the first day of the CrossFit Open!! Sign up today. Come cheer Ian, Jon, Evelyn, and Jo-Jo on as they compete on Thursday at 8 PM. Come to Friday night lights at 5:45 PM to do the workout with your fellow PGCF athletes! Stay to cheer everyone on! Even if you’re not registered, you can come and do the workout.

• 5 Burpees

Strength

Split Jerk (5 Sets of 3)

70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 85%

Only increase weight if your form is perfect.

Metcon
