• 10 Good mornings

• 10 Squat Jumps

Strength

Push Press (5 X 3)

65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 sets of 5 minute AMRAP with 1 minute rest in between

• 5 Devil Press (50/35)

• 10/8 Bike Cal

• 5 Box Jump Over (24/20)
Each set should be a 5 minute sprint. Pick up where you left off for each set.

Score = Total Rounds + Reps
