Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

• 10 Push ups

• 10 Muscle Snatches (from the ground)

• 10 Hollow Rocks

Strength

Kroc Row (3 Sets of 20 on each arm)

Sets of 20 must be done unbroken. Start with low weight to learn movement. This is a strict movement, do not use momentum. May increase weight if comfortable with the movement.
