10 Bear Crawls

10 Lat Pull Downs

Skill

Double-Unders (Max effort or progression)

If you are proficient, perform a few warm up sets of 20-30 double unders, then do a max set. Document the max number of DUs.

If you are not proficient, use this time to go through progression and practice.
