Warm-up (No Measure)
• 10 Handcuff good mornings
• 10 Star Jumps
• 10 Long Lunges
• 5 Ring rows
5 Rounds. 1 minute max effort and 1 minute off
Don’t look at monitor. Document calories. Try to stay consistent
For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
The purpose of this workout is sprinting. Lower the weight so you can move fast – get at least 5 unbroken. If you are doing singles, they must be fast singles.
Can be power, full, or split snatches.
