• 90 Hang Power Clean/Front Rack Hold

• 200 m run

• 60 Push Jerks/Overhead hold

• 200 m run

• 60 Push jerks/Overhead hold

• 90 Hang Power Clean/Front Rack Hold

• 200 m run

• 120 Deadlift/DL Hold

• 200 m run
All reps should be split evenly between partners. One partner performs the designated movement and the second partner will perform the hold.
