Warm-up (No Measure)
• 10 Squat with twist
• 10 Revolving Down Dog
• 10 Long Lunges
Squat Clean and Jerk (5 X 5)
Start at 50% of 1 RM. Only increase weight if form is good and you’re comfortable.
EMOM X 20 minutes
Odd: 6 Front Rack Lunges (95/75)
Even: 10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
The weight on the Russian KBS should be more than what you usually do on American KBS.
