• 30 seconds of ankle mobility
• 10 lunges
• 50 ski hops

Perform 1 MBC in the first minute. Perform 2 MBCs in the second minute. 3 in the third. And, so on until you cannot do the prescribed number of MBCs that correspond with that minute.
