26 minute AMRAP

• 26 Deadlifts (135/95)(DB: 50/35)

• 26 Hang Power Clean

• 26 Front Squats

• 26 Shoulder to Overhead

*EMOM – 6 Burpees
Use whatever weight you have. Pace yourself to start the burpees at the top of each minute. If you get into a burpee cycle, either cut the number of burpees or do 6 every other minute.
