• 10 Pass throughs

• Wrist mobility

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

Run 800 meters Buy In (or 5 minutes of other cardio – Jump rope, jumping jacks, running in place)

Then 10 rounds of:

• 10 Strict Press (Bar: 95/75)(DB: 35/20) – something you can sustain for at least 5 reps per round

• 10 Bicep curls (Bar: 95/75)(DB: 35/20)

Then, Run 800 m Cash Out
