5 sets of 5 on each side

E2MOM
10 squat jumps, right into a 100 m sprint
(P sprint uphill)
Every 2 minutes, start the squat jumps and after the last jump go right into the sprint. Walk back recovery until the beginning of the next 2 minute increment. Score is the time for each round.
