30 minute AMRAP
• Bike/Ski 40 cals/Wall sit
• 10 Front Rack Lunges (95/75) (P 135/95)/Any plank
• 10 Synchro push ups
• 10 Overhead Squats (95/75) (P135/95)/Any plank
• 10 Partner sit ups with med ball pass (20/14)
One partner works at a time while the other holds the wall sit/plank. Synchro push ups are done together. Partner sit ups, the athletes intertwine their feet to do the sit up and touch the MB overhead on the ground.
