Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP with partner in 30 minutes.
• Buy in: 200 m MB run together (P partner carry – switching at the 100 m mark).
• Then, in time remaining:
o Partner A completes 1 round of
15 KBS (53/25) (P – 70/53)
10 burpees
5 GTO (95/65) (P – 135/95).
o Partner B performs max WBs.
o Partners rotate each round until team completes 150 WBs.
• Then, in time remaining
o AMRAP of the 15/10/5 rep rounds above (one partner working at a time)
Score is the number of rounds and reps of the 15/10/5.
