This workout is for time. It’s completed like the 12 days of Xmas song. Athletes will do 1 Bar muscle up. Then, they’ll do 2 hang power cleans and 1 bar muscle up. Then, they’ll do 3 push press, 2 hang power cleans, and 1 bar muscle up. So on until 120 double unders. SO FUN!!!

As always, there will be modifications available for all the movements.
