Strength

Squat Snatch

EMOM for 10 minute. 1-5 minutes 3 snatch drops. 5 to 10 minutes 2 snatch balance.

E2MOM for 10 minutes – 3 Squat Snatch.

For the snatch drops, start with the bar. Add weight if proficient. Snatch balance should be increasing weight – between 50 and 70%. The squat snatches should be 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 85%.
